The programme kicks off with quarterly visits to our London office, offering employees the chance to express interest in diverse roles and opportunities. This approach ensures that the Rising Stars get a holistic understanding of our organisation by delving into various departments, including finance, marketing, and account management.

Selected candidates are granted the invaluable opportunity to shadow members across different teams, gaining firsthand experience and building a network that extends beyond departmental boundaries.
